Typically, an interview takes between 30 and 45 minutes. and yes, video recording is not mandatory, we allow as well for audio or just script recording.

Yes, you can choose for the interview to appear in video, audio or written format. If transcript is selected, we will still record the interview as audio and convert it to written form. Reference360 will destroy the audio file after the transcript conversion if requested.

Currently, all reference recordings are done online via personal computer. We expect to announce the launch of a mobile platform in the near future.

Yes, we fully respect your desire not to disclose your name, work title and even the name of the company you work for. We will verify your identity and disguise your information. For example, for the CIO of a global bank, Reference360 would display the following: “Senior IT executive at a leading financial services organization.”

No, access to reference recordings and content is by invitation only and is restricted to business participants. Every user will be verified, and no content can leave the Reference360 platform. Copying, altering, or downloading is strictly prohibited and enforced through electronic non-disclosure agreements and technical security features.

No, the rewards account funds are contributed directly to designated charities. At Reference360 we are committed to giving back with meaningful contributions to charities and non-profits while establishing a symbolic award to the reference giver that circumvents any ethical or compliance conflicts. You can select up to 3 charity organizations to benefit from the contribution and even suggest additional non- profits that are not included in our existing non-profits catalog.

However, you may suggest up to 5 additional questions to be considered for inclusion, which will be reviewed by our team to ensure no leading questions are suggested.

If the scope of your products or services is not familiar to us, we will work with you directly to establish a custom questionnaire, which may serve as the baseline for future customer reference interviews in the same market segment.

Yes, to facilitate a faster review for your prospect you can prepare specific notes and bookmarks in advance to point to specific sections of the recorded interview that you believe are most relevant. Each customer reference recording also comes with a case study and a 4-5-minute executive summary.

Yes, we offer instant messaging on our platform across all participants to support follow-up questions. Even anonymous participants can be contacted, and they’ll remain anonymous throughout the message exchange if they choose to do so.

Yes, the customer reference recording may be shared with up to 10 team members with your same company email domain. Each team member must first register on the Reference360 platform and agree to the non-disclosure terms. Sharing with others outside your company or anyone with a private email domain (gmail, yahoo, apple ID, etc.) is not permitted.

Reference360 verifies the identity of every reference giver, including those who wish to be anonymous. If the reference is anonymous, you will see a full transcript of the interview with the reference giver identified generically, such as, “senior IT executive at a leading financial services organization.”

While the anonymous customer reference will only be available to review as transcript, the special Reference360 review features such as Alexa voice, text search and bookmarking will still provide an intuitive review experience.

No, access to review a specific customer reference is permission-based. The vendor selects the customer reference from his catalog that he wants to share with a potential buyer and sends an invitation to view it, which gives that individual the ability to access only that reference recording.
